Reviewers & editorial responsibility

We do not use a generic institutional reviewer byline. Tool pages show a last-updated date and link directly to the methodology page, where primary sources are listed and explained.

Editorial model

Alcometer.org is edited by the site operator with support from the same citation stack documented in the methodology and legal-limits data pipelines. There is no separate, undisclosed group of named clinicians signing off each page.

If we introduce named subject-matter reviewers in the future, they will be listed here with credentials, scope of review, and date — not buried in microdata alone.

What the byline means today

The line under each tool heading states when the page content was last materially updated and links to “Methodology & primary sources”. That replaces the old pattern of implying a standing editorial panel without public names or charter.

Structured data

Visible dates align with schema.org dateModified / lastReviewed fields on the parent Astro routes where applicable. We avoid medical-schema types that would misrepresent educational estimators as regulated medical software.
