A substantive reply is normally provided within 14 days. For rectification requests under national press-law regimes (for example, the French droit de réponse, the German Gegendarstellung, the Italian rettifica), the statutory time limits are respected.
Postal address
A full postal address is published on the country-specific legal notice pages where the applicable law requires it — including the German Impressum, the Austrian Offenlegung, the French Mentions légales, the Italian Note legali, the Polish Informacja prawna, and similar disclosures for Switzerland, Ireland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Spain.
For all other legitimate legal purposes, the postal address is available on request. To protect a natural person's privacy we do not display a home address on general-audience pages where the law does not require it.
Privacy and data-protection requests
Requests under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, right to restriction), the UK GDPR, the California CCPA/CPRA, the Québec Loi 25, and the Brazilian LGPD are handled at the same email address: alcometer@wp.pl. Please indicate the applicable jurisdiction in your message so the correct statutory timeline can be applied.
Because Alcometer.org does not collect personal data on its servers, many such requests are trivially satisfied — there is typically nothing to access, rectify, or delete. See the Privacy Policy for details.
What contact requests cannot do
Alcometer.org is an educational service operated by a single natural person. The operator cannot provide legal advice on your specific situation, cannot give personalised medical advice, cannot serve as an expert witness, and cannot provide certified BAC measurements for legal proceedings.

Response expectations
The operator reads every message personally. Automatic replies are not used. Expect a thoughtful response within two weeks for ordinary inquiries, and within the statutory timeline for formal rights requests.
