Alcometer.org is a private, non-commercial educational website operated by a natural person ("osoba fizyczna"). The service is provided free of charge, carries no paid advertising, and does not constitute an economic activity within the meaning of the Act of 6 March 2018 "Prawo przedsiębiorców". Consequently, no entry in CEIDG or KRS is required, and no NIP or REGON number is applicable.

In accordance with Art. 5 ust. 2 of the cited Act, the operator makes available on a continuous basis the identifying information indicated above (name, postal address, email). This information is shown in a form permitting its free reproduction and storage by the user.

The information and BAC estimates provided are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, do not replace an official police breathalyzer reading ("pomiar alkomatem"), and must not be used to determine fitness to drive under the Ustawa Prawo o ruchu drogowym. The operator disclaims liability, to the fullest extent permitted by Polish law (art. 471 ff. Kodeksu cywilnego), for any decisions made on the basis of the output.

Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this site is governed by Polish law. The place of jurisdiction is the operator's place of residence, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law applicable at the user's habitual residence within the European Union.
