No goods or services are sold on the site; no advertising is displayed; no personal data is processed on the server. Art. 3:15d BW formally applies to commercial providers of information society services — the disclosure is nevertheless provided voluntarily.

The operator is personally responsible for all editorial content on this site. Correction requests, rectification requests, or right-of-reply claims can be directed to the email address above. A substantive reply will be provided within a reasonable time.

All information is provided for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for a calibrated evidential breath test under Art. 8 of the Wegenverkeerswet 1994. The operator disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, any liability for decisions made on the basis of the calculator.
