Aviso de Privacidade (LGPD)

Notice pursuant to Lei 13.709/2018 (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais — LGPD)

Data controller (controlador) — natural person:

Piotr Zieminski
Kalonka 71a
Polska

Data-protection contact: alcometer@wp.pl

Applicability

The LGPD applies to the processing of personal data by any natural or legal person. Art. 4º I-II of the LGPD excludes processing carried out by a natural person exclusively for private and non-economic purposes, which plausibly covers Alcometer.org. This notice is provided voluntarily so that Brazilian users have full transparency.

Personal Data Processed

Alcometer.org does not collect personal data on its servers. The pharmacokinetic calculator runs entirely in the user's browser. Inputs (body weight, drinks, language) may be saved in the browser's localStorage and are never transmitted to the operator or to any third party. No cookies used for tracking, no IP logging by the application, no profiling.

Legal Basis for Processing

Any processing that does occur (e.g. the hosting provider's standard access logs for network security) is based on the data subject's legitimate expectation ("legítimo interesse do controlador", art. 7º IX LGPD) of a working and secure website. No sensitive data ("dados sensíveis", art. 5º II LGPD) is processed.

Rights of the Data Subject

Brazilian users may exercise the following rights under art. 18 LGPD by contacting the email above: (I) confirmation of the existence of processing; (II) access; (III) correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or out-of-date data; (IV) anonymization, blocking, or deletion; (V) portability; (VI) deletion of data processed on the basis of consent; (VII) information about sharing; (VIII) information about the consequences of not giving consent; (IX) revocation of consent. The operator will reply within a reasonable time.

International Transfers

As no personal data is collected, no international transfer within the meaning of arts. 33-36 LGPD takes place. The site is served globally through its hosting provider; any access logs kept by the provider are governed by that provider's own privacy policy.

Contact and Reports

Questions, requests, and complaints may be sent to the email above. Users also have the right to file a complaint with the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).
