Alcometer.org is a private, non-commercial educational website operated by a natural person. No goods or services are marketed; no advertising is displayed. The duty under Art. XII.6 CDE strictly applies to commercial services but the operator chooses to disclose in full as a matter of transparency.
Editorial Responsibility
The operator assumes full editorial responsibility for all content on the site, whether in French, Dutch, German, or other languages. Right-of-reply requests pursuant to the Loi du 23 juin 1961 relative au droit de réponse may be sent to the email address above.
Limitation of Liability
Information provided is strictly educational. It does not replace an official breath test under Art. 34 of the Loi relative à la police de la circulation routière. The operator disclaims all liability for decisions taken on the basis of the output, to the fullest extent permitted by Belgian law.
